Rules & Regulation

The main activity of the ashram is to train and provide guidance in the practice of PATANJALI'S eight fold paths. This includes physical, mental and spiritual training.
The admission of the courses is open to all without any discrimination of caste, creed or nationality. Children below 12 years are not pemitted to stay in the Ashram.
The rules of the Ashram require every aspirant to participate in all the activities connected with the practice of Yoga and Meditation.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, meat, onion, garlic or any kind of INTOXICANTS will not be permitted.
The aspirant is excepted to keep the accommodation provided by the Ashrams in a neat and clean condition. The management has the right to enter and check the rooms at any time.
A well equipped Library is there to enable aspirants to devote spare time for study. The aspirant is expected to devote the spare time to study, japa, observance of silence and meditation. Library is provided with magazine & daily newspapers.
Meals are served only in the Dining Hall, sadhaks are not allowed to take away food from Dinning Hall.
The Aspirants must be adequately dressed during their stay.
All trainees should be in the class at least five minutes before the scheduled time for the commencements of the meditation. Late-comers will not be permitted to attend the class.
During the meditation any action or movement by a meditator (trainee) which will go to cause noise or disturbance to others should be strictly avoided. 
New entrants should consult the teacher for guidance in meditation and read the MANUAL, which is available free at the time of joining.
All aspirants except the old and physically incapable, are expected to attend the yoga Asana classes regularly.
All aspirants are expected to observe the Rules and Regulations of the Ashram, which may be changed from time to time.
During your stay in the Ashram, if you have any difficulty or problem, please contact the MANAGER in the office.
All the aspirants are expected to help clean the Meditation and Yoga Halls weekly or every sunday during Karma Yoga from 6-8 A.M.
The Management of the ashram has the right to ask any aspirants to vacate the accommodation if found disobedient-undisciplined and not observing rules.
Aspirant shall not have any claim for the loss, damage, theft or destruction of his/her property or articles left in rooms occupied by him or her. 
All residents of the Ashram, Sadhaks, Employees both permanent or temporary, guests, visitors enjoying accommodation in the Ashram can't claim any tenancy right or any other type of title or claim, what so ever. No guests are allowed at night. Visitors timings are fixed. Please observes them.
All the residents must be back in their Ashram Room by 10:00 PM. before the gates close for the night.
Residents will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property of the trust under their use and would reimburse the 
Please use the suggestion / complaint book of the Ashram, lying in office.
Nobody will visit any body's room during Day/Night times.
You are not allowed to bring with you your blanket/pillow from your rooms to the, yoga/meditation Hall. Room articles must not be shifted or taken out.
Please put your light & water Taps including fan, OFF When going out of your room.
Residents should use their own lock for locking  the doors of the room.
Please take your clearance slip from library and kitchen timely, and submit the same in office for obtaining GATE PASS while checking out from the Ashram. Exit without gate pass is never allowed.
